Custom variables in Mail Template

I know I can include variables from Data and from ProcessContext in my Email templates but can I include variables from a business object that's not the main process table?  If so, what does the syntax look like?  !%CustomBO.ColumnName%! doesn't work.

It looks like you are using the Mail Manager which does support custom BOs but you will need to specify the BO instance name from the Data Access tab.

 

e.g.

 

!%CustomBO1.ColumnName%!
