Welcome to the ProVision and Knowledge Exchange V9 Beta

 

First off let me thank you ahead of time for assisting us in providing you a better product.  Your input is extremely valued.  We are very excited about the features that are in the software and we are looking forward to getting your feedback. 

 

V9 has many features but I would like to call out the following:

 

Governance:  Knowledge Exchange now gives you the tools to manage change within your data.  With Governance you have the ability to route approval requests to approvers.  The approver list is dynamically built based upon configurations you specify.

 

Knowledge Exchange Widgets:  With this release KE Widgets goes into full product status.  We have combined features from WebVision with a rich UI.  We provide features for users to filter the content and to provide the ability to focus on the content that matters to the user.

 

OData: Our OData interface provides an industry standard way to interact with the data stored in KE.  BI reporting tools as well as Excel have built in interfaces to query, filter and present data.

 

ProVision:  Governance, click to zoom and property layout for all object types are some of the many items included in this release.

 

Please note that this is a hosted beta for the server components( KE, SBW, BPM ).  We have set it up so that each customer has their own area to work in.  Because our BPM process is assumed to be in a single company environment, it is possible for Governance Administrators to assign reviewers from other beta companies to a review.  Please pay particular attention when assigning reviewers to make sure that they belong to your organization.
