Providing feedback and getting help
An important aspect of any beta program is to ensure that we receive and understand the feedback from the beta participants. We have elected to use the community and these discussion boards to provide this feedback.
Traditional ticketing systems have a one-to-one relationship between the Customer Care and the customer. There are times that this is effective and appropriate. However for the purposes of this beta program, we feel that providing feedback in a many-to-many environment is the best mechanism for all involved.
If you encounter a problem, please post it in the feedback board. The environment allows you to make attachments and provide screen shots. Other members of the community can comment and share their experiences. OpenText representatives will be monitoring the discussion boards to provide assistance as needed.
If you encounter a problem that you feel should not be addressed within the community, then please use the traditional Customer Care mechanisms.
