Announcing Metastorm BPM Widgets Release 2

We are pleased to announce the availability Metastorm BPM Widgets Release 2 for the OpenText Smart Business Workspace Version 9.1 and Metastorm BPM 9.1.3. This is now available to Partners and Customers with active maintenance agreements for Metastorm BPM.

 

We have made several enhancements to improve the functionality of the Metastorm BPM Widgets:

 

 

Folder Attributes

 

A new panel displays the folder attributes of the highlighted row giving the end user a chance to see vital information about the folder without opening it up completely.

Tree View Process and Stage Name Filtering

 

Folders can also be filtered using the tree-view that is provided in the Process Interaction toolbar, which appears above the column headers. This view displays BPM processes and stages related to those processes for To Do and Watch lists. The folder lists can be filtered by clicking on the process and stage nodes that appear in the interface.

 

Saving BPM Links to SBW Core Favourites

 

You can save BPM links to the SBW Favourite Links widget using the share link icon. The icon displays on the widget title bar and on every row of the following BPM work lists:

 

• Blank Forms
• Admin Forms
• Initiate a Process mini list
• Administer a Form mini list
• Report On a Process mini list
