Choose the custom object – in this case Firewall (see attachment).  Click Layout and notice there are multiple occurrences of multiple properties.  It looks like all the custom properties have multiple occurrences and all the default properties (Rule, Artifact, etc.) have only singular occurrences showing in the select dialog box.  If you select one instance of the property it displays one.  If you select multiple occurrences of the property, the multiple occurrences will be displayed. See the second screen cap for the actual display.

The issue is with the custom properties since the same thing happens with custom properties on non-custom objects.  That is, multiple listings of the same property in the Layout dialog box.

We use custom properties on a consistent basis so this is not a minor problem.

Looks like we went from not being able to Layout custom properties on Activity objects to being able to layout multiple instances of custom properties on any object.
