How can I associate a role to an activity with the association of utilization

ProVision doesn't support 'utilization' of an activity because an activity is a step in a process - not a 'System' or 'Component' that can be utilized.
The typical means of associating a Role object to an activity is to define the perfomer/responsible entity for an activity by placing it in a Role swimlane in a workflow model. If you have another meaning that you wish to define, you can define a custom link between Role and Activity objects that has the meaning you desire.
