We're running 9.1 on Oracle and while our PDM system seems to cope just fine with filenames with a "+" in the name, whenever an attachment like that is added to a Metastorm folder, it gives an Oracle 404 Not Found error when you try to retrieve the file. No error on upload however.
We can't force the PDM system to change - is there any way to correct the problem in Metastorm or to at least, on upload remove the offending character? We're trying to catch it manually now but I was hoping for a more reliable method.
