How to recover from a permission error when running UPGRADEBPM.EXE
By Darrin Bedout
I recently upgraded a system from Process360 9.5.1 to 10.2.1. When running the UpgradeBPM utility to upgrade the database schema, I encountered an error because my database user didn't have ALTER table privelages. Now when I resumed the upgrade, UPGRADEBPM didn't rerun the failed SQL statements. How do I get these to rerun?

You can perform the following steps to reset the status of the UPGRADEBPM so that it starts over from the beginning.
1) Correct the issues which caused the error.
2) Run the following command against the VSUSER database
3) Update vsuser.vs_version set version='1.4', step= 'DONE'
4) Restart the UpgradeBPM.exe utility.
5) After completion, verity there are no errors in the upgrade.log (i.e. permissions issues)
