If I install add additional components (i.e. adding a Process Agent or the Administrative tools) to a Process360 client or server install, do I need to reinstall the hot fix?

Yes.  If you re-run the P360 installer to add additional components to a P360 client or server you must rerun the hot fix install again to update those components to the hot fix version.
