If I'm running Process360 version 9.5.1 and want to upgrade to the latest version, how do I go about getting the latest version?

To request software, send a message to Support (support@global360.com) with your request. Upon receiving your request, Support checks your contract to see if you are eligible to receive the software, creates a new case, and then places the order. If the order is approved, it is shipped via FedEx. After the order is shipped, Support records the shipping date and tracking number.
