iPad- Error when submitting/cancelling a form

We are trying to access an existing Metastorm module through an iPad. After updating a form we receive the following error messages when either Submitting or Cancelling the form:

The server method 'Submit' failed

The server method 'Cancel' failed

The solution works fine in IE and Safari through a laptop but errors when using an iPad.

Any assistance appreciated?

Metastorm v9 web client is not supported on an iPad. Only the mobile client works on an iPad.

I have same problem on some clients using IE 8

any ideas how to fix it?

9.2 works perfectly well with an iPad, we have also found BPMMobile2 works really well too.
