What is the scope to use Case360 application on cloud

Hi,

 

Anyone has used Case360 application on cloud (SAS or IAS)? Just want to know that how can we use any case360 application on cloud and what are the pros and cons for same if we consider security and ROI.

In general there is nothing preventing Case360 from being run in a public or private cloud deployment, as long as you are licensed for the proper amount of users.  However, OpenText is not aware of any customers running a Case360 system as a service in the cloud.  We have heard passing comments from various sources about portions of a Case360 system being exposed, but that’s not exactly your question.

Without a better understanding of your goal, the cloud provider you might opt to use, the number of users, etc., it would be very hard to provide a detailed response.  Further to that, the appropriate security considerations and poteential ROI information are beyond the scope of this Q&A forum.
