Anyone else using Case360 11.x UX?

Hi all,

We are currently on 11.2.x in Beta. It's the newest version of Case360 with the integrated UI capabilities. We are going to be going live in about 3 weeks, and I was wondering if anyone else out there was either testing with or planning to go live with 11.x anytime soon. Would love to share and learn.

Just to clarify, you are using the beta version of 11.1.00.x, formerly 11.0.02.x.

Kishor, are you by any chance going to the OpenText conference in DC this week? I'll be there. Would be good to meet and talk about this. If not, what company do you work for and how do you use Case360? Been working on pulling together people who use Case360 to share best practices.
