Case360 Applets

What should I do if I have Case360 users from external sources and I'm not sure if they can have a JRE and/or Applet installed on their computer?

Case360 is flexible in this aspect.  By default, Filestore uses the upload, download, and Imaging for the Web applets to enhance the user experience. If desired, these applets may be disabled by setting the ALLOW_APPLETS option in the Filestore Configuration options to 0. If applets are globally disabled in this manner, individual users may be configured to continue using the applets by setting the Allow Applets option. If applets are enabled, this option has no meaning (you cannot disable applets for just one user).
