analystView - "Duplicate" Resources

I have been creating simulations for more than 15 years, but I am two days old with analystView.
So far I am impressed.
I am trying to add Resources and want to use the "Duplicate" command.
I have added Participants and Roles and Schedules. I have applied them, closed the Resources and re-opened however, neither the Duplicate or Rename command are active.
I have selected everything there is to select so I must not be doing something right.
Can you please tell me how to activate the Duplicate command on the Participants Settings?
