A well-designed simulation can highlight and quantify what is working or not working in a current process. Simulation results can also be used to plan specific changes that can lead to reduced process execution time, reduced cost, better staff allocation, improved efficiency and enhanced customer satisfaction. Simulation also allows you to quantify the impact of process changes in a risk-free environment, where results are seen faster than in real-life implementations.
