Uploading a metastorm designed process form to SharePoint Doc Library (How to do this)

We are using BPM 7.6 and I would like to upload a form that has been designed using Metastorm designer into our SharePoint Document Library.  How can this be done?  Am I supposed to use a "SharePoint Wizard" on Metastorm?  I do not see such a wizard.  Is there a special way to publish the BPM process?  What do I have to do on the SharePoint side to accept this form?  Does it have to be converted to a pdf form first?  People in our shop do not want to use a pdf converter that involves "printing" to the Document Library.  We want to have the form automatically uploaded into SharePoint after an action has been completed.  Appreciate any help, or examples that you have to offer.  Thanks.
