Metastorm Process Engine Service

Hi All,

I installed Metastorm BPM V9 and update to SR3 without any issue.

I can start up the Metastorm Process Engine Service using local Administrator account.

Then right after I changed to Domain Service Account to start up the Metastorm Process Engine Service, I log in Web Client and I try to open form in my To-Do list, i hit an unexpected error.

Example, I am using domain\ABC to start up service, then I log in Web client using user1 (username), and the error shows "Failed to load data from Datagrid, login failed for domain\ABC" when i try to open a folder in my to-do list.

I can't even raise new processes.

I am very sure I changed the credential at component service as well.

I am forced to revert back to local administrator account to start up the Metastorm Process Engine Service, and everything back to normal.

anyone can help? it's very urgent

Hello Chun,

I would suggest putting in a ticket with the helpdesk. Please provide versions of Windows, SQL as well as any errors that are showing up in eLog, the eventviewer or any other related errors.
