Is there a way to export individual gallery objects to be used in company-specific documentation?

I've had success getting things from the PV Gallery by dragging the gallery image into a model and then left clicking the picture, then hitting CTRL+C. I can then Paste (CTRL+V) into a MS Word 2k7 Word doc.
