I try to undersand what exactly is Metastorm Reference Model For IT Infrastructure Management and if it is a sort of example that I can use in Provision as a template to implement my corporate process model.

If you log onto the ProVision Support site (clicking on the Support button above>ProVision>Downloads link>ProVision>PV Reference Models, you can download this package. You may be able to use this direct link but you will have to log in first.

The link is not broken, you will need to have access to the Opentext ProVision support site in order to get to the link location. You will have to log in first via the Opentext log in system that appears when you click on the link.

Hi Rob,

I also tried to get access to this but get a Request forbidden response. I am logged in to the ProVision area on OpenText so not sure whats going on.
