Folder locked

Anyone know how to release a folder locked exception?   We're had the user restart their computer and have stopped and restarted the Metastorm engine and the folder is still locked and effectively "stuck".  

 

The original problem logged was an Oracle ORA-00603 fatal error when attempting MBO Update.

Folders locked by BPM can be unlocked before their time-out via the Administration form (MetastormAdministration by default) under the Metastorm Repository tab, navigating to the Repository | Project | Solution | Process and find the folder.

 

Alternatively, the folder should automatically unlock after the system Folder Lock Timeout has expired.  (60 minutes by default)
