I have just installed Metastorm 9.2 on a test VM and published a very simple process to test.

The environment works, Login, ToDo list etc all visible.

I can start a process using a non-confirm user action.

Opening a folder once created, however, does not work. All I get is the progress box, the animated GIF stopping after one rotation.

I have reviewed the installation documentation and cannot see anything wrong.

Any ideas? I've already rebuilt the environment a number of times all to no avail. I'm hoping someone else has had the same issue.

For reference, the VM is Windows 2008 Standard using SQL 2008 Express.

Managed to correct the issue using the following steps:

 

Complete removal of Metastorm 9.2.

Reinstallation of Metastorm 9.2.

Installation of hotfix KB957661 from the redist folder.

As an FYI, you don't need to uninstall BPM to uninstall/reinstall/install any of the .NET components.
