Can anyone provide me with a link to access 'Publishing with Metastorm ProVision' document, please?

I cannot find it in the documentation that has come with the local installation.

Attached is the 6.2.1 version of the Publishing Document, but nothing has really changed in the newer versions.  Since 6.2.1 the Publishing document was added to the ProVision Help feature and was removed from the standard documentation.
