Is it possible to create new modeler types? I would like to create a modeler that works lIke the System Modeled but is used to represent Servers(a custom object created for our modeling language)

I dont think you can create new modeller types. The Navigator is probably as close as you can get. There is a product pack available for EA management that supports some new objects including servers. It also has some diferent names for modellers e.g. I think the System interaction is now the Network Topology Model and it allows servers and routers and applications etc. Link below.
