Conditional action

I have a conditonal action that is triggred by a radio button on the form. where if the selection made  where if 'yes', the folder goes to one stage and if 'no' the folder is forwarded to  another stage. But currently it does not do that, the folder remains on the system stage, i.e. the folder is no forwardered to any stage, the condition is nothing complex. And when the form is submitted, it appears on the watch list, but after 5min or so.

Looking at what you have reported I would encourage you to report this through the normal support channels to get our Product Specialists to look at this.  There is a number of things it could be and going through support would probably be the quickest way to address this...
