Best performance out of servletd

Has anybody played with the JVM parameters for the IW's servletd to achieve some performance gain?

AggressiveHeap? ParallelGC?

Yes. I have changed the heap size for servletd's JVM to get better performance on several installations. Theres a KB or two out there on the support site for that.
Not sure about ParallelGC.

So you are talking only about the following: -Xmx and -Xms, right?
