bpm 9.2.1 web client header is wrong

I have installed bpm 9.2.1. and   accessing from web client I see that the header at the top is upside down. The button should be on the right and the word user is reversed with the user number.

Uoi can see that from my attached.

We have had similiar issues when upgrading between v9 versions where the styles have got confused causing funny overlays and bizarre elements appearing on the web client.

In each case, we've done an uninstall, ensuring all directories are removed and then reinstalled.

However, the short version would be to delete your 'web' directory (remembering to save the web.config) and pasting the one from the installation disk / files.
