Loop back and re-open folder issue

Our end users are experiencing an intermittent problem with a number of our processes that use either a look back and/or re-open folder from an action.

There appear to be a number of fixes for a reverse proxy for Metastorm 9.0 is there a similar fix for 9.2?

Any help would be appreciated on this one.

Are you seeing any error message in eLog for the failing actions?

There are no errors in the elog table with this. It appears that the folder is updating, writing to the database, etc - it is just that the form is not reloading after an update.

Hi,

There is a bug where a form does not reload when an action has no form and is set to reopen (wth the confirm action unchecked). This is intermittent as only occurs when the user clicks through the actions quickly.

This problem was fixed in 9.1.3 however the bug has not been fixed in 9.2 (and 9.2.1)
