Windows 2000 SP3 and VisualFormat

Today, I installed Win2000 SP3 on my workstation. After the installation and subsequent re-boots, I opened TeamSite to continue with some work. However, when I attempt to open a template that uses VisualFormat, IE crashes and burns (bothe the template window and the TeamSite main window).

Has anyone else experienced this?

A Microsoft security patch for IE 6 (patch number Q323759) issued on August 23 causes eWebEditPro issues. We are working to resolve the issue, and will continue to post new information as we resolve the problem.

The problem with Q323759 applies to IE 5.5 also. This patch can also be applied to IE 5.01.

There is a patch available from Ektron. I installed it and it works fine.
