Is it possible to use integrated SVG engine of IE 9 / 10 instead of adobe svg viewer?

Is it possible to use the integrated SVG engine of IE 9 / 10 instead of adobe svg viewer? Since the adobe viewer is no longer supported, we would like to avoid installing this product.
