When using a Gallery Item in ProVision on many workflows at the same time and when deleting it on one workflow, it happens that this Gallery Item becomes not visible anymore on the remaining workflows. The object is somehow still on the workflow but without the picture, just a blank object. We have been able to re-produce this issue 3 times now and wonder if this is a known problem?
