Kana Vs WorkSite for Knowledge Management

Hi,

I was rereading about Kana which seems to be a comprehensive knowledge management tool. WorkSite also has a KM connector. Can anyone please clarify which tool is better for knowledge management and why? Also, is it possible to integrate Kana and TeamSite to get the best of both worlds?
