What exactly you want to do?

I would suggest you to go through Workflow Developer's Guide. It will help you to understand the processes and functionality of workflow.

Hi Radha,
I suggest that you attend some training course from Interwoven as you clearly state you are beginning to learn Workflows. It is not trivial to detail out the steps involved without knowing how well you understand the other parts of teamsite.

Have you read through the manuals? If you have and still dont have a clue as to what is going on, maybe you need to convince your boss to let loose some cash.

templating.cfg is not related to workflow, it configuration file for the templates in TeamSite.

It all depends on the tasks you have defined in the workflow. The manner in which your workflow is designed.

To know the exact sequence of your workflow you should have a knowledge transfer session with your workflow designer/developer.
