Who can cancel a workflow job

I am confused as to who is allowed to perform Actions > End Job. It seems that anyone can.

Is there a way to customize this?

Is the person limited to logging in as Author on all branches to which they have access?
Have you verified that "Author" does not have the right to end jobs enabled in via the TS Admin GUI?

Just hover on the 'About' lnk on the top-right side and confirm if the particular user is only assigned with role as Author on the workarea, from where the workflow was initiated?

When I look at their credentials, they are an author on one branch, an Administrator on two (2) other branches, and also an "Editor" role is listed, but not for any specific branch.

I have no idea how they were assigned the editor role, they are not part of the editor.uid configuration file.

I also noticed, that be default, the workflowUser role has the ability to "End Job". Would you recommend removing this?

there is no editor uid file required for TS 67 !!!!! what are you upto? Did you go through the manual to understand custom roles and how they work

Are you sure, you work on TS 6.7, as there is no usage of *.uid files?
