Amend Data Options within Knowledge Exchange Notebooks

We would like to amend the following information within our Knowledge Exchange notebooks:

Priority - High, High Medium, Medium, Low Medium, Low to Priority - Must Have, Should Have, Could Have, Would Have

Current Gap to Rationale

Category - Business, System to Category - Functional, Non-Functional

We think it is something to do with the modelling language but not sure where to start, any advice would be appreciated.

Hello,

These are built in properties that cannot be chagned but you can create a custom property (via the Customization Control Panel) to create what you are looking for. This has to be done within ProVision and cannot be done via KE.

Thanks Rob.

We are able to add custom properties to our local notebooks but not able to add them to our master repository notebooks, any ideas why there would be a difference.

Also, are you able to hide any of the existing properties or change the sequence so the new ones are displayed more prominently?
