DataCapture6.0.dtd Issue

Hi All,
We are trying to validate our .cfg file with datacapture6.0.dtd using iwdctverifier.ipl, but it turned out as syntax of datacapture6.0.dtd is not correct.

We tried using that commad with /iw-home/local/config/datacapture6.0.dtd and /iw-home/examples/Templating/templatedata/ecm/mediabin-runtime/datacapture.cfg , and it is givng error as

"A ')' is required in the declaration of element type "dialog" ".

I am thinking it is because of DTD not in correct syntax.
Help me with this problem, if anyone already faced this issue.
I'm attaching the DTD for your reference.

It does look wrong!

#199 <!ELEMENT dialog (allowed?, dialog-param+ | function-param+ )> should really be
#199 <!ELEMENT dialog (allowed?, (dialog-param|function-param)+ )>

Do you have TS *Latest and Greatest* (eg, TeamSite 6.7.1 SP1 Patch # 1)?
Are you sure that nobody messed with this File? If answers are "Yes", you may want to report DTD Bug to IWOV.
