Create Folder from CSV file

Greetings. 

 

I had built a process in v7.6 with help from web tutorial (thanks JP!) to demo for mgt how to import and create folders from text file.  Now I'm being asked to replicate this process in v9.2, with csv file (from excel save as...).  Any ideas, suggestions or examples on how to read and parse each line of data into the required flag fields?  (I did manage to raise flag when reading supporting table with business object - cannot see how to change source to attached file)
