Look into the CLT documents from IWOV and the iwgroup clt.

This can be done using iwgroup and iwuseradm CLTs.

I assume you're talking about TeamSite Groups - not Solaris groups - yes?

The TS CLT for group management is iwgroup - but I believe you require root (sudo) privileges in order to use it for group manipulation (creation, modification, etc.)

I suggest using the CLT directly first to make sure you figure out the arguments to give it to do what you want, and then (if you still feel it's needed) create a script that takes the arguments you want and runs the various iwgroup commands to achieve the desired effect.
