Browser Tab not closing
Part of our process includes an email to the folder originator asking for further clarification. Up to now we've just had the email cc the requestor and then the answering is done only through email. We'd like to keep the dialog info in the Action Notes instead so now the email outbound includes a link to a response form which is simply tied to the Action Note and now both the question and the answer are available to everyone.
This all works perfectly except in Firefox the response tab never closes - it just churns. In IE, I get the "want to close the window" which is fine. When the Save (check) is hit, the ActionNote is updated and then you can manually close the tab but for occasional users, that's confusing.
Any ideas of how to fix it besides going to the email listener approach (which is what we're trying to avoid in the first place).
Thanks!

I can't speak to the FF specifics (we're an IE shop as our primary).
However, for your IE "window close" situation, we don't get that when we open links. Are you including a "&Client=External" in your URL? I'm not sure if that will resolve the asking to close the window, but its definitely something worth checking.
