No engines available error on invalid user id or password in 9.3
In version 9.3.0.1, if you type in an incorrect user id or password, the error displayed is "No Engines Available in the Metastorm BPM Server Service".
This makes it extremely difficult to diagnose the reason, and causes an unusually large number of support calls from our customers claiming that their system is down, which is typically the highest possible severity.
All in all, it looks really bad to customers, wastes everybody's time, and will inevitably mask real issues when systems are down.

I had the same problem with BPM 9.2.
The cause of the issue is the euser.js. The update has modified this file. You hav to modified this file from administrator tool.
I attach a txt copy of my euser.js that has resolved my problem.

Thanks, Michael!
My problem was that I uninstall and re-installed (as I prefer this method), and did not read the 'upgrade' instructions as well as the full installation instructions.
