Problems with IE 11 and OpenTEXT MBPM 9.1.3

Options

Hi!

Does anyone know if Internet Explorer 11 is supported by version 9.1.3 of OpenTEXT MBPM?

I have a client that recently upgraded his pc to windows 8.1 and IE11 and he kgot problems that no scrolbars were visible in ToDo or Whatch lis and a lot of other forms stoped working. He tried both with and without compatibility view.

Has anyone else experienced the same problems? If yes is there any workaround or setting that can be done to remedy this behaviour?

Best regards,

Henrik

  • IE 10 is slated to be supported with 9.3.1 due in January.  Any release before 9.3.x is certified with IE 9 in compatability mode only. This implies IE 11 won't be until a later release which has no date at this time (unless they squeeze it into 9.3.1 before its released).

Meanwhile, I suggest putting your browser into compatibility mode so it mimics an older browser.  This is the only way we've gotten around this for IE 10 and IE 9 (since we wont be installing 9.3.x until 9.3.1 is out) so presume IE 11 would be also work the same.

  • Thanks for the information!

According to my client compatibility view dosen't wok for IE11. :-(

Igues he has do down grade to IE 10 or IE 9.
