Caught exception in getUser()-open deploy issue

We are deploying metadata to the MSSQL database the deployment is failing and the following message is getting logged in od.log file ***ERROR - Starting deployment. Caught exception in getUser(). Details: null I have checked the forums but all it refers to is this link https://support.interwoven.com/kb/kb_show_article2.asp?ArticleID=59501 and we are using iwodcmd start in the .ipl file to start the deployment. We have tried starting deployments as different users, even administrator. we are on Teamsite 6.7.1 SP1, windows 2003 server and OD 6.1

Are you using OD CLT authorization ?

yes i tried that option it is set to n

Are you doing this in a workflow or from the command line ? Can you try a commandline invocation of another deployment ?

yes i did that rite now i have another question I have a coumn-type of type datetime in DB. I am sending into it something of type 2007-12-19 12.00 AM, so what should be my date-format like
yyyy-MM-dd hh:mm AM/PM" / yyyy-MM-dd hh:mm:ss
they both arent working

yyyy-MM-dd h:mm a is the date-format i guess i didnot find it in ddamin the first time

The date format should be YYYY-DD-MM HH:MI AM (or PM) for 2007-12-19 12.00 AM.
