We have an issue whereby External users do not get sent a "welcome" email when added to a Share for the first time.
The user is added to OTDS and receives notification for any subsequent shares they are added to.
It is the initial "welcome" email only that we have issues with.
The gateway log does not really tell us much information, in fact we get just one line when the user is added:

Is there any way to increase the Tempo logging level to help us trouble shoot this issue?
We know the Tempo server can send emails via SMTP, it just seems to not be creating the "welcome" email.
