New App that links to another App

Hello AppWorks Developers,

Is there a way so I can create a new custom App that will display some folders from Content Server. I can do that throught the RESTApi and then when the user clicks on one of these folders I will link them to the EveryWhere Enterprise App directly displaying the contents of this folder. When I can redirect the user from my Custom App to for example the EveryWhere app's folder view. I can maintain a consistent UI experience for my users and having directly all functionality available on the documents in the folder as it is in EveryWhere. When this would be possible the custom App only needs to implement the specific landing page.

Hi Jeroen,

Did a bit of googling, in iOS world normally this can be done through URL scheme, but that will be depending on whether the involved apps are supporting it. Would be interested to know if it is. For example "Evernote" does not support URL scheme per the following thread.

Thanks for your reply. But I was actually searching for a way to hook into the EveryWhere app that is also installed in my AppWorks Gateway. I would like to link from my Custom new App to a certain folder inside the EveryWhere app. So not start the App on the main page but directly show the contents of a certain folder.

As I explained this way I get all business logic thats implemented by the EveryWhere Workspace app for this folder and don't have to reprogram all this same logic in the custom app.
