Error:Problem installing or configuring OpenText Directory Services.

Dear Support,

I have installed OTDS 10.5 for Content Server 10.5 and now I am installing OTAG 1.1.6 and connected it to the existing OTDS 10.5
After the deployment of OTAG, I have selected the option to connect to an existing OTDS. I declared the existing "Resource" on which the "otag partition" will be attached. After I have saved the changes, the "Otag Partition and Users" have been created in OTDS but I have the error as below:
Error:Problem installing or configuring OpenText Directory Services.

In the "Gateway.log", the error at the end of the file is "Error Code=1003 message=The resource is already activated".

In the "Catalina.log" the error is showing "SEVERE: Mapped exception to response: 500 (Internal Server Error)
javax.ws.rs.WebApplicationException"

Could you please help me on this issue?

Hi,

To resolve this issue, I have installed the OTDS 10.5 SP1 004. Then I deactivated the OTCS resource before setting the existing OTDS in OTAG.
