File not getting submitted through CCStd

When we try to submit a file after making some changes through CCStd, the DCR file gets submitted, but the original file which we wanted to submit is not getting submitted. Also if we add additional files to submit, they too get submitted. Kindly Help

There seems to be some minor issue. Please follow each step carefully. If problem still persists, describe in details here.

We tried but the issue is still persisting. We are submitting an xml file. After this there appears three options
Submit File
Add Additional Files
Keep as Work in progress

We have a requirement to submit an additional text file. So we select Add Additional Files and click on Next
The list of files comes and we select the file to be submitted and click on Next.

The option for tagging (both the original file and the added text file) comes.
We click on Next
The option to select the Workflow comes
We select our workflow and click on Next
After this the page showing 'Submission succeeded' appears showing that only the second file selected has been submitted.
Even if we add multiple files, every file except the original file gets submitted.

It seems you are using Workflow for this entire process and there must be some issue with your workflow. Please clarify below things.

1. Was it working earlier?
2. From when you are getting this problem?
3. Who developed this workflow?
4. Do you understand the design / workflow?

No it isnt working since the beginning
The problem is since the beginning
This workflow is developed by my team mate
I understand the workflow.

This seems to be a user issue as well as a poorly designed workflow.

If I edit foo.html which is created by foo.xml (DCR) when I click finish, then both the generated file and DCR will be submitted at the same time.

If I click submit on either the DCR or the generated HTML, the only that file will be submitted unless the workflow does some extra work.

Every workflow I write has a generateHTML step, where, if a DCR is submitted, it generates any output files as well as attaching that file and any images referenced in the DCR to the workflow.
