AppWorks - Connection to OTDS failed to initialize

Hello,

We have installed OpenTest TempoBox 10.1.0.

We want to connect AppWorks gateway 1.1.6 to existing OTDS using option "Contect to existing OTDS server" but while saving changes,
it is throwing following error.

We are using following versions of software components.

AppWorks gateway Version : 1.1.6
OTDS Version : 10.2.1
Tempobox Version (content_service): 10.1.0

Ashwin, are you able to connect to the following services from the AppWorks Gateway server?

Member Services:
http://OTDSServer:port/les-services/services/MemberService?wsdl
OR
http://ContentServer/cws/MemberService.svc?wsdl

Authentication Services:
http://OTDSServer:port/les-services/services/Authentication?wsdl
OR
http://ContentServer/cws/Authentication.svc?wsdl

Yes, both OTDS URLs (Member Services and Authentication Services) are accessible from AppWorks Gateway server.

What could be the reason of following error?

Actually AppWorks Gateway is trying to access following OTDS URL and giving above error. We are stuck here.

Hi Ashvini,

OTDS 10.2.1 does not seem meant to work with AppWorks 1.1.6.

Thanks. You have pointed correctly. It requires OTDS 10.5.0 Patch 2.
