Can someone please tell me the licensing model for Appworks?

AppWorks has named-user licences, which are unrelated to the number of devices per user, independent of the number of applications or the number of OpenText APIs used. So a user can have an iPhone and an iPad, accessing 10 different applications, connecting to 5 different OpenText services, and it still counts as a single user licence.
The minimum amount of licences you can purchase is 500.
Note that a separate model is being discussed for consumer-style applications.
