ECM Everywhere and Webaccess

What is the normal behavior of the webaccess that can be enabled for the ECM Everywhere applications? For example, when the webaccess for the Enterprise Workspace application is enabled, what appears when you go to the \webaccess url?

Currently, I get a TempoBox required screen. (See Link)

Hi,

The \webaccess URL grants you access to the OpenText Tempo Box WebUI. It has no effect on ECM Everywhere. Tempo Box and ECM Everywhere use some of the same server components and that's why you will see it if you only have ECM Everywhere installed.

If you enable the Enterprise Workspace application in the AppWorks Gateway, you can access the app from a mobile device by installing the ECM Everywhere app and then signing in with your Content Server username and password. The server URL will be <https://OpenText_AppWorks_Gateway:port>. Refer to the ECM Everywhere Installation and Administration guide that is available on the OpenText Knowledge Center for full details.

If you have Tempo Box installed, there are a few additional steps you need to perform in order to access your Tempo Box account. Refer to the Tempo Box Installation and Administration guide that is available on the OpenText Knowledge Center.
