TempoBox Email format

Is it possible to change the email format of the notifications sent by TempoBox via the Gateway?
Right now, on a sharing request, I'm getting "N/A would like to share ".
If that's not possible, that's ok, anyone have any idea where the N/A is coming from?

Yes it's a user property of the user in OTDS ,the last name to be precise
